By booking any service with Motion Video Pro, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clarity, protect both parties, and set expectations for all projects.

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final product unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date (subject to availability).

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled project may be subject to additional fees.

• Weather-dependent shoots may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

3. Project Deliverables

• All deliverables (videos, edits, raw files, etc.) will be outlined in your quote or project agreement.

• Turnaround times vary by project, with typical delivery between 3–14 business days unless otherwise specified.

4. Creative Rights & Ownership

• Motion Video Pro retains the copyright to all original content created unless a buyout agreement is made.

• Clients receive a license to use final delivered media for personal or business promotional use.

• Raw footage is not included unless specifically stated or purchased as an add-on.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required materials needed for production.

• Ensure all filming locations are legally accessible and safe for production.

6. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Motion Video Pro reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

7. Liability

Motion Video Pro is not responsible for delays caused by weather, equipment malfunction, unscheduled closures, or client-provided location restrictions.
We are not liable for any injury, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances during production.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
